Industry Leaders Gather in Belgrade for Resalta Energy Vision Event

This Tuesday, Resalta hosted the Energy Vision Day at the Slovenian Residence in Belgrade, supported by the Slovenian Ambassador to Serbia, Mr. Slobodan Šešum. The event brought together leaders of Serbian industry to discuss practical steps for decarbonisation and the future of sustainable energy.

Key messages from the event:

  • Decarbonisation of industry and the public sector is a driving force for the development and implementation of renewable energy projects.

  • Electrification, powered by renewable energy and new technologies, is the main enabler of change.

  • Corporate Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) are becoming a key instrument for industrial and commercial decarbonisation.

  • Resalta positions itself as a reliable partner in decarbonisation, offering long-term and sustainable energy solutions — from concept, design and financing, to implementation, operation and maintenance, and risk sharing.

  • We provide industry-specific expertise and tailored solutions for sectors such as food & beverage, paper, chemicals, automotive, and pharmaceuticals, while also developing specialised decarbonisation solutions for data centres.

  • Since becoming part of Aggreko Group in 2024, Resalta has gained a broader global perspective and expanded its business with new operations and representative offices across Central and Western Europe.

Resalta also presented project references, including Serbia’s largest rooftop solar PV plant (6 MW) at Henkel Kruševac, as well as biomass steam solutions and advanced technologies for heat decarbonisation.

We sincerely thank Ambassador Šešum for his hospitality and extend our appreciation to all participants for the constructive discussions. Special congratulations go to our Regional Director, Djordje Popović, and the team for delivering a successful event.
