New Public Private Partnership in Novi Kneževac, Serbia

We've successfully secured a Public Private Partnership (PPP) agreement with the Municipality of Novi Kneževac, marking a significant step towards enhancing public infrastructure and promoting energy efficiency in the region. The Mayor of Novi Kneževac, Mr Dragan Uverić and our General Manager in Serbia, Đorđe Popović have signed the PPP agreement, underscoring our dedication to fostering collaborative efforts for positive change.

The key highlights of this transformative partnership:

Sustainability Focus: Over the next 15 years, we'll be implementing a comprehensive plan to modernize public lighting infrastructure. By integrating energy-efficient technologies, we aim to not only reduce the municipality's carbon footprint but also mitigate the impact of rising electricity costs.

Financial Framework: The investment in the project by Resalta will cover the procurement of state-of-the-art equipment, the replacement of existing lighting fixtures with LED alternatives, and ongoing system maintenance. This approach ensures long-term cost savings for the municipality while delivering high-quality, sustainable solutions.

Community Impact: Beyond the financial and environmental benefits, this initiative will directly enhance the quality of life for residents of Novi Kneževac. Improved lighting quality and reliability will contribute to safer and more secure public spaces, fostering a sense of well-being and community cohesion.

As we embark on this journey alongside the Municipality of Novi Kneževac, we're excited about the positive impact our partnership will have on the local community and the environment. Together, we're building a brighter, more sustainable future for generations to come.
