Situation before the contract and client requirements

BSH Hišni aparati is a key member of one of the largest global home appliances producers, part of the BSH (Bosch) group, which employs over 1,200 people in Slovenia and was voted Factory of the Year in 2019. Taking its social and environmental responsibilities very seriously, the company was looking to further reduce its CO2 emissions and increase the share of renewable energy powering its production processes. 

Resalta solutions

A solar powerplant of 999 kWp capacity was installed in October 2021 and will produce 1,000 MWh of energy from renewable sources each year.

The solar powerplant will provide 15% of BSH‘s entire electricity consumption, improving its sustainability and lowering CO2 emissions by 490 tons each year.
