Kovintrade, a Slovenian and international trading group, is one of Europe's leading companies in the metallurgy sector and is committed to sustainable development. Responsibility towards the environment is one of their values. In order to reduce their carbon footprint, they have decided to switch to renewable energy sources for part of their electricity production
Resalta's solution
Resalta has installed a 500kWp solar power plant for Kovintrade at their site in Štore, Slovenia, which is expected to generate 470 MWh of electricity annually. The project was completed in July 2023.
