Situation before the contract and client requirements
- The Staklopan building is a former factory that has been reconverted into office spaces in the historical heart of Belgrade.
- The building has undergone a new renovation that also required new energy systems.
Resalta solution
As part of the historical building's renovation, Resalta has implemented an energy block with an 183 kW air-to-water reversible heat pump.
Besides providing thermal energy for heating and the preparation of sanitary hot water, the energy efficient solution will also produce cold water for comfort cooling, thus covering a large part of the building's energy requirements.
