Resalta launches BESS solutions for industrial and commercial clients

Resalta is strengthening its renewable energy portfolio with Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) solutions for industrial and commercial clients.

As electricity price volatility, peak tariff exposure and grid constraints continue to impact business operations, storage is becoming a strategic component of modern energy management.

BESS enables companies to reduce peak demand charges, increase on-site renewable self-consumption and enhance operational resilience. When integrated with solar PV and structured under long-term energy contracts, storage transforms energy from a cost risk into a managed asset.

From equipment to structured energy solutions

Resalta delivers BESS as part of integrated Energy-as-a-Service models, combining:

  • Technical design and engineering

  • Structured commercial contracts (BaaS, ESCO, hybrid PPA models)

  • Flexible CAPEX or no-CAPEX structures, depending on client preference

  • Full operational responsibility, including Energy Management Systems (EMS) and long-term O&M

In storage projects, economic value is created in operation. Continuous optimisation, performance monitoring and battery lifecycle management ensure predictable financial results over time.

Supporting the industry in the current subsidy environment

Across Europe, national funding mechanisms are supporting energy efficiency and storage investments.

Resalta supports clients not only in technical implementation, but also in structuring projects to align with subsidy frameworks and long-term business objectives.

A business-first approach to storage

For industrial clients, BESS is not a technology experiment, it is a financial and operational decision.

Resalta’s approach focuses on:

  • Quantifying peak exposure and volatility

  • Structuring viable commercial models

  • Aligning investment structures with CAPEX strategy

  • Ensuring long-term performance stability

Battery storage is a natural next step for businesses integrating solar PV or seeking to optimise their energy profile.

Companies interested in assessing their peak exposure and storage potential are invited to contact us for an initial evaluation.
