Situation before the contract and client requirements

  • Resalta has a long-term partnership with Sava Hotels and Resorts
  • Following a CHP and ultrafiltration project at Terme Radenci, as well as a geothermal energy project at Moravske Toplice Terme 3000, the client was looking for further ways to improve energy efficiency in its facilities.

Resalta solution

The third solution implemented at Terme Radenci includes the renovation of outside lights at the hospitality complex. The existing lights were inefficient, with environmentally unfriendly mercury luminaires. 108 luminaires were replaced with highest efficiency LED luminaires, in order to optimize energy consumption, reduce environmental impact and bring light pollution in line with local and international regulations.

The lakeside hotel in Bled, Rikli Balance, has undergone a renovation of indoor lighting. The many working hours per year, combined with the inefficiency of the luminaires, were very costly for the hotel. 287 lights were replaced with LED luminaires, improving luminosity as well as energy efficiency.
